Hungarian Goulash by Nancy & Ron

Ingredients

Beef stew meat 3/4" cubes 1 1/2 lbs. 680 g Chopped onion 1 1/2 cups 375 ml Garlic clove (1/4 tspn garlic powder) 1 All-purpose flour 2 Tablespoon 30 ml Paprika 2 Teaspoon 10 ml Salt 1 Teaspoon 5 ml Pepper 1/4 Teaspoon 1 ml Hunts Tomato Sauce 14 oz. 398 ml Club House Slow Cooker Beef Stew Seasoning Mix 1 package Granulated sugar 1 Teaspoon 5 ml

Instructions

Combine first 6 ingredients into 3.5 quart (3.5 litre) slow cooker.
Stir well to coat beef and onion with flour.

Stir tomato sauce, seasoning mix and sugar together in a bowl.
Pour over beef mixture. Stir, cover.
Cook for 8-10 hours on low, or on High for 4-5 hours.
