Easy French Dip by ReliefSociety

Ingredients

1 loaf french bread butter 1 lb roast beef (sliced from the deli) 1/4 provolone (sliced) 1 packet au jus 3 cups of water

Instructions

1. Slice the french bread in half (long ways). Spread butter along entire loaf.
2. Put 3 cups of water in saucepan over medium-high heat. Slowly add the au jus packet and whisk.
3. Take the roast beef slices and dip into the au jus. Shake off the excess liquid and put it on the loaf of bread. Complete until entire loaf has roast beef on it. Then top with the slices of provolone cheese.
4. Turn the oven on broil or bake at 375 until cheese is bubbly and melted.
5. Remove from oven and put two sides of bread together to make a sandwich. Slice and serve with small bowls of au jus for dipping.
