Liz Craig's Pineapple Chicken by ReliefSociety

If you don't like your pineapple and chicken touching you can put the pineapple slices in a different bag and double the liquid and split into two portions. One portion has the pineapple juice and the other has just the pineapple slices.

Ingredients

2 Chicken Breast 1/3 Cup of Oil 1 TB of Garlic 1 Can of sliced Pineapple (We like the Gold brand) 3 TB Soy Sauce 2 TB Sugar

Instructions

1: Cut Chicken lengthwise to make 4 even pieces
2: Mix Everything together in one gallon sized bag.
3: Grill Chicken on high for 3-4 minutes on both sides.
4: Turn the grill slightly down and put the pineapple on the grill.
