Chickpea & Lentil Salad by ReliefSociety

Ingredients

1 large clove of garlic, crushed 1 large onion, diced 1/4 cup of cilantro, finely chopped (I use more) 1 small jalapeno, finely chopped 1 T. mustard 3 T. olive oil 1 2/3 cups of cooked lentils 1 can chickpeas or garbanzo beans, rinsed 1 lime, juiced 1/2 t. salt

Instructions

Mix it all together and store in fridge until ready to eat.
