Lori's Potato Au Gratin by ReliefSociety

Ingredients

5 lbs. red potatoes, peeled, cooked and cubed. White Sauce: 1 stick butter, melted 1/2 cup flour, whisked into butter 1 quart milk, added slowly into butter mixture 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. garlic 1 tsp. onion powder 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper

Instructions

Whisk and stir until thickened. Place potatoes in a 9 x 13. Pour white sauce on top. Top with cheese. Bake for 45 minutes or 1 hour until bubbly. 350 degrees.
