Warm Potato Salad by ReliefSociety

Ingredients

2 1/2 pounds red potatoes, chopped with skins 1 onion, chopped 3 T. olive oil 1 T. chopped fresh rosemary 10 cloves garlic, chopped or 3 T. minced garlic 1 1/2 tsp. salt 3/4 tsp. pepper 1/2 pound bacon, chopped sauce: 2/3 cup real mayo juice of two lemons. Toss and serve is good for a salad bar or barbecue.

Instructions

Mix the first 7 ingredients together and bake in a 9 x 13 pan for 30-40 minutes until done at 350. Take out and place in serving bowl and add the last three ingredients.
