Pickled Shrimp by ReliefSociety

Ingredients

1 lb. cooked & cleaned shrimp 2 T. olive oil 1 cup vinegar 2 T. water 1 dash cayenne pepper 1 tsp. sugar 8 whole cloves 1 bay leaf 2 tsp. salt 1/4 cup thin sliced onion

Instructions

Drizzle the oil over the shrimp. Bring to a boil the rest of the ingredients and pour over the shrimp while hot. Cool and then refrigerate for at least 24 hours. I would triple this recipe; when you serve them, you will see why.
