Ingredients

Can be refrigerated up to 5 days. Use when needed or all at once! 1 cup chedder/mozzarella cheese mix 1 cup sour cream 1/4 cup butter Pinch of salt Pinch pepper

Instructions

Mix all ingrediants well. When ready to use, heat on stove top, low until melted well. For a little zip, add 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning. Can microwave too, about 20 second intervals, stir and repeat until heated through.

Great on baked potatoes!
