2 lbs Ground Meat 3 T oil 2 jalapenos seeded, diced 1 Spanish onion, diced 2 c tomatoes, peeled, seeded, diced 3 c beef broth 2 c V-8 juice 1 T cumin 1 T chili powder 1 t salt 1.5 c grated cheddar cheese


In large skillet, fry beef in the oil.
Add peppers and onions. Sauté until tender.

In large kettle add above ingredients with tomatoes, broth, juice & seasonings.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat & simmer for 15 mins.
