Wendy’s Frosty by Madpuppy

Ingredients

1/2 Gallon of chocolate milk (prairie farms) 1 container of 8oz cool whip whipped topping 1 can 14oz eagle brand condensed milk

Instructions

Mix it well in a blender and put in freezer
It does not get frozen solid like a thick milkshake
I also find scooping it into a blender when ready to eat and blend it again to make it more authentic to Wendy’s chocolate frosty
