Ingredients
2 tablespoons pure cocoa
2 tablespoons sugar - sugar substitute
3 tablespoons of water
Instructions
Heat water boiling, stir in cocoa and and sugar until it becomes a syrup
Add it to glass of milk or put it on a desert
