Chicken Marsala by LoLo

Ingredients

4 chicken boob halves ( butterflied then pounded extra thin, sliced into almost bite sized pieces) 1 tsp. oregano 1/2 cup flour 1 tsp.Sea salt 1 tsp. blk. Pepper 1 tsp. garlic powder 6T. Butter 6 T. Olive oil 1 lb. sliced mushrooms 1 1/2 cups Marsala 2T. Soy sauce 1 1/2 cups chicken broth 1 lb. cooked linguine (al dente)

Instructions

Mix flour and seasonings together. Coat chicken and brown in butter & oil over med. heat. Add mushrooms, soy sauce and Marsala. Cook 2 min. Add broth, cover and simmer 5 minutes. Add pasta, stir to coat and serve! *freezes well! ( w/out pasta)
