Tangy Crockpot Pork Chops or Chicken by LoLo

Ingredients

4-6 pork chops or frying chicken pieces 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 cup frozen corn 2 onions , sliced 2 stalks celery, chopped 1 lg. green pepper, sliced 1 can stewed tomatoes 1 T. Lemon juice 1 Chicken bouillon cube 2 T. Cider vinegar 2 T. Brown sugar 2 T. Worcestershire

Instructions

Place chops in crockpot. Add veggies. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over veggies. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours. Mix 2 T. Cornstarch with water and add to pot. Cook covered on high for 30 minutes more. Serve over egg noodles or rice.
