POT ROAST- Day before the feast! by LoLo

Ingredients

1 can cheddar cheese soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can water 1 pkg. onion soup mix 4-5 lb. chuck roast

Instructions

Sear roast in some oil on all sides( optional).
Combine soups and water and pour over meat in crockpot.

Cook on high 3-4 hours or at 325 F in oven
OR
8-10 hours on low.
*** Once meat is tender, cook for additional hour.
Refrigerate and serve next day if possible.
