TRICOLOR SALAD by
Ingredients
Cucumber (finely chopped)- 1 cup
Spring onion (finely chopped) – ½ cup
Carrot(finely chopped)- ¼ cup
Coriander leaves – a handful
For the dressing:
Pepper powder- 1 tsp
Olive oil- 1 tsp
Vinegar- 1 tsp
Salt- to taste
Instructions
1. To the vegetables, add pepper powder, olive oil, vinegar and salt.
2. Mix well and garnish with coriander leaves.
