German Thin Pancakes by Kraus Family

3 eggs 1/3 c. sugar 1/2 t. salt 3 c. milk 2-1/2 c. flour (approximately)


Beat together eggs, sugar and salt.
Add milk and enough flour to make a thin batter.
Pour about 1/2 cup batter in greased hot pan, turn when brown.
Serve with syrup, jam, jelly, lemon juice and/or powdered sugar.
