Irish Brown Bread by Khtqkc

Ingredients

Need to fix Dry: 1.5 C. Whole wheat flour 1/2 C. White flour 1/2 t baking soda 1/4 t salt 1/4 C. Irish oats 1/2 oz fresh yeast, crumbled Wet: 1 T molasses 4-8 oz buttermilk (until it forms into a dough) Makes 1 small loaf (size of red silicone rack)

Instructions

Sift flours, combine dry ingredients, make well

Whisk wet. Wet --> Dry

Stir with fork, knead, shape, X on top

400* for 20-30 min
