Brownie Bombs by Keto

Ingredients

1 8oz block cream cheese, softened 1/4 cup coconut oil 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 2/3 cup dark chocolate chips, such as Lily's 1/2 cup Pyure sugar

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, coconut oil, cocoa powder, and sugar together then fold in chocolate chips.
2. Use a small cooke scoop to form mixture into balls and place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
3. Place in freezer to firm, 20 minutes, then serve.
