Quick and simple to make!


1 1/2 cup of flour 1 1/2 cup of white sugar 1 cup of brown sugar 1 1/2 tsp. of baking soda 1 1/2 tsp. of baking powder 1 1/2 tsp. of cinnamon 1 tsp. of salt 1 1/2 tsp. of pumpkin spice 1 cup of canned pumpkin 1 cup of oil 3 eggs 1 tsp. of vanilla extract.


First you put in all of the dry ingredients which includes the flour, white sugar and brown sugar, baking soda and baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and pumpkin spices.
You stir all of that up with a fork or small whisk, whichever you prefer, until the clumps are gone.
Then you add all of the wet ingredients which includes the canned pumpkin, oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
Stir all of that together until it has the consistency of cake batter.

Once you have the batter done, you get a cupcake tray and put liners in each slot and fill them 3/4 of the way full.
Then put them in the oven at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
