Ingredients

6 medium potatoes 4-5 tablespoons sunflower or olive oil Salt and pepper Small kitchenbrush-cutting board-sharp knife-small bowl-pastry brush-baking sheet

Instructions

1-Preheat the oven.Scrub the potatoesuntil clean.Cut them in half lenghwise,then cut them into narrow edges.

2-Brush the baking sheet with oil.Lay the potato wedges in one layer on top, then brush them with oil and season.

3-Bake the potato wedgeson the top rack of the oven for about 20 minutes or until crisp,golden brown, and puffy.
