Home Made Cream Puffs by Gerri

Ingredients

1 cube margarine (1/2 C) 1 C water 1 C flour 4 eggs powdered sugar to sprinkle 1 lg package instant pudding flavor of choice (vanilla is best)

Instructions

Preheat oven 400 degrees

Melt butter in water (boil)

Turn off heat

Add 1 C flour all at once, mix until comes away from pan and let rise a few minutes

Add 4 eggs ONE AT A TIME beating each as you put them in (low speed) keep mixing until forms a ball and comes away from the pan

Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet

Bake 45-50 minutes until they are dry - look at them at 40 minutes

let cool - when cooled cut tops off (save) and scoop out the dough, fill will prepared pudding mixture and replace the top

Sprinkle powdered sugar over tops and chill until served
