Power Bites by Gerri

These are especially great for athletes to boost energy. Omit anything you wish - we never used nuts as the recipe calls for.


3/4 C Peanut Butter (or any nut butter of choice) 1/4 C Honey 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla works best) 1/2 C Oatmeal (1/8 C more if needed) Chopped nuts mini chocolate chips (about 1/2 bag) butterscotch chips (about 1/4 bag)


Mix all ingredients together with hands - mixture will be sticky - if too sticky add more oatmeal until you can work with it.

Roll into bite-size balls and place on wax paper in the fridge to firm up - place in airtight container and enjoy.
