Crockpot Bavarian-style Round Steak with read onions and Noodles by Gerri

Ingredients

2 large red onions, cut in slices (thin) 2 tbsp packed brown sugar 2 tbsp cider vinegar 1 tsp salt 1 tsp beef base (better than bouillon is best) 2.5 pounds beef round steak, trimmed and cut into bite-size portions 1 tbsp flour 1 pkg wide egg noodles

Instructions

Place onions on bottom of crockpot.
Top with brown sugar, vinegar, salt and beef base.
Top with beef, sprinkle with flour

Cook on low for 7-8 hours

15 minutes before serving, cook and drain noodles

Pour mixture over noodles and enjoy!
