Ed’s Blackberry pie by Ed

Ingredients

Ingredients 4 cups of blackberries 1 tbsp lemon (use on berrys after washin 5 tbsp flour or 3 Tbsp of corn starch (for thicker filling) 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1 1/3 tbsp butter 1 cup of sugar 2 sheets of already made pie dough

Instructions

mix together sugar, flour and cinnamon. Mix the berries lightly through. Pour berries into pastry-lined pie pan. Dot with butter.
bake 35-45 mins. At 425 deg. Set pie on lower rack.
