Grilled Shrimp by Dina

Ingredients

1 lb of shrimp with its shell ½ cup of chopped green onions 1 tsp. of paprika 1 tsp of dried onions 1 tsp of dried ginger 1 tbsp. of red pepper flakes 1 tsp. of dried oregano 3 tsp. of wisticher sauce 2 tsp. of soy sauce 1 tsp. of slat and cracked black pepper 5 tsp. of olive oil ¾ cup of crushed tomatoes (for the dipping sauce)

Instructions

Marinating the Shrimp:
- In big bowl, mix the chopped green onions, paprika, dried onions, dried ginger, red pepper flakes, dried oregano, wisticher sauce, soy sauce, olive oil, salt and cracked black pepper.
- Add the shrimp into the mix and let it sit for not more than 30 minutes
- On a hot grill, place the shrimp and let it sear for 3-4 on one side and 2-3 minutes for the other side
Preparing the dipping sauce:
- Collect the remaining marinate into a sauce pan and into it add the crush tomatoes
- Allow the sauce to be reduced on a low heat for 10-20 minutes

- In a big plate arrange the grilled shrimp along with the dipping sauce and serve it with the freshly sliced cucumbers
