Bread Machine Dinner Rolls by DeAnna Christensen

I like to place 2 smaller balls in a muffin tin to bake.

Ingredients

1 c. Water 2 Tbs. Butter or Margarine, Softened 1 Egg 3 1/4 c. Bread Flour 1/4 c. Sugar 1 tsp. Salt 3 tsp. Active Dry Yeast

Instructions

Measure all ingredients,except melted butter in your bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer of your bread machine. Select dough/manual cycle. Do not use delay setting.

Remove dough from the bread machine dough pan, using lightly floured hands. Cover and let rest 10 minutes on a lightly floured surface.

Grease your preferred baking pan with shortening or cooking spray. Divide dough into 15 equal pieces. Shape each piece into a ball. Place the ball about 2 inches apart on your pan. Cover and let rise in a warm place 30 or 40 minutes or until double. (Dough is ready if indentation remains when touched.)

Heat oven to 375* F. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Brush tops with melted butter. Serve warm, or cool on a wire rack.
