Ingredients

2 6-8 ounce lobster tails 2 tbsp unsalted butter melted 2 cloves garlic minced or pressed 1 tsp lemon juice 1/2 tsp salt and pepper 1/4 tsp old bay seasoning

Instructions

Cut the top of each lobster's shell, until you can slightly pull the meat up so that it rests on the shell.
Using a knife, split the meat, without cutting all the way through.
Place the lobster tails in the air fryer basket. (Optional: Line with parchment paper)
Combine the melted butter with garlic, lemon juice, and seasonings. Stir together. Brush on top of each lobster meat.
Cook at 380 degrees for 6-8 minutes.
Brush with additional butter, halfway through cooking.
