1/4 avocado 1/4 cup silken tofu 1 tbsp salsa 1 tbsp chopped cilantro 1/4 tsp grated lime zest 1/4 tsp lime juice Pinch salt Pinch black pepper

In a blender purée all ingredients. Serve with cucumber strips.
