DILL PICKLES by Daellam

Ingredients

6 small gherkin cucumbers or 1/2 large cukes, sliced into spears. 2 garlic cloves 2 bay leaves 2 tablespoon fresh dill, finely chopped 3 tablespoons Celtic sea salt 3 cups water

Instructions

1. Wash cukes and place in wide mouth quart jar.

2. Place garlic, bay leaves and dill in jar.

3. Close lid and let sit for 1 hour.

4. Mix salt and water together.

5. Fill jars of cukes and seasoning to top with salt water mixture.

6. Let sit in cool place for 7 days.

Serve. Keep in fridge after opening.
