Pear flans with cinnamon by CorinneC

Ingredients

4 pears 130g powder sugar 50cl milk 3 eggs 25g flour 3 pinches cinnamon 10g softened butter

Instructions

In a mixer, place the pears (pealed and cut), sugar, milk, eggs, flour and cinnamon.

Mix until blended together.

Butter 4 ramequins and verse the mix into them.

Cover with tinfoil and steam for 25 minutes.

Serve hot or cold with chocolate sauce.
