Ingredients

2 CUPS MASHED POTATOES 2 TABLESPOONS PLUS 1/2 CUP MAYO (DIVIDED) 1/3 CUP HONEY 1/2 DIJON MUSTARD 1 TEASPOON PREPARED MUSTARD (YELLOW MUSTARD) 2 CUPS FINELY CHOPPED (ALMOST MINCED) HAM 1 CUP SHREDDED SWISS CHEESE 1/4 CUP MILK 1/4 FINELY (ALMOST MINCED) ONION 1 LARGE EGG; BEATEN 1/2 TEASPOON SALT & 1/4 TEQASPOON BLACK PEPPER DASH OF CAYANNE 3 1/2 CUPS CRUSHED CORN FLAKES

Instructions

SAUCE:
Combine Dijon mustard, honey & 2 tablespoons of the mayo in a small bowl. Mix well. Cover and chill for a least 2 hours to allow flavors to blend.

BITES:
Preheat oven to 350 & grease a baking sheet.
In a medium size bowl combine all the remaining ingredients except the corn flakes. Shape this mixture into bite size balls & roll them in the corn flakes. Arrange them on the baking sheet and bake for about 30 minutes.
