Muesli (Summer Porridge) by ChefNg

Ingredients

Yields 1 to 2 servings: 1/4 cup old-fashioned oats 1/4 cup low-fat Greek yogurt 1/3 cup skim milk (soy or almond if preferred) 1 tsp. dried chia seeds 1 tsp. honey

Instructions

1. Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl or Mason jar

2. Add liquid ingredients and continue mixing

3. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight


Notes:
* Feel free to add any fruits or garnishes

* Can refrigerate up to a week (depending on type of fruit added)
