Mum’s Wonton Soup by Catherine Dunn

Ingredients

Spring onion Bok Choy - leaves and stalks separately Wonton with mince pork approx 500g mince Fish sauce

Instructions

Hot water in a pan
Add Fish sauce - looks like a weak tea
Add spring onion
Add noodle wrapped wontons
Cook until noodles go clear
When the noodles start to swell, add bok choy stalks
Don’t stir too much, just push around.
Add bok choy leaves
Take off stove when wilted and serve.
