Four Cheese Casserole by CarolG

Ingredients

1 lb. ground 4 T. onion, chopped 1 T. garlic powder 1 can tomato sauce (8 oz.) 1 can olives, sliced (4 oz.) 1 c. IMO (or sour cream) 1 c. cottage cheese 1 can chiles, diced (4 oz.) 1 pkg. tortilla chips (7 oz.) 1 c. jack cheese 1 c. sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions

Saute beef, onion and garlic powder. Add tomato sauce and olives and simmer for 5 minutes with lid on. Combine IMO with cottage cheese and chiles. Crush tortilla chips and grate the 2 cheeses. Layer 4 layers using 1/2 of each. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
