Ingredients

4 hot dogs cut in 1" pieces 1/2 c. onion or 1/2 c. celery 1 c. Minute Rice 2 T. oil 1 c. hot water 1 c. tomato sauce 1 t. salt dash pepper 1/2 t. yellow mustard

Instructions

Saute hot dogs, onion, celery, and rice in oil until lightly browned. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered 5 minutes.

Makes 4 servings.

You can use 6 hot dogs, 2 cups rice, 2 cups hot water and 2 cups tomato sauce to make larger quantity.
