Pistachio Mold by CampCookbook

Cool Whip comes in an 8 oz. container now, so I use an entire 8 oz. container and then some out of another container.

Ingredients

1 - 3oz. pkg. Pistachio Instant Pudding Mix 1 Large can crushed pineapple with juice 1 - 10 oz. carton Cool Whip 1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts 3/4 to 1 c. miniature marshmallows

Instructions

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into an oiled mold or just put in any type of bowl and refrigerate overnight. If you are not putting in a mold, there is no need to oil the container. Double this for a 5 or 6 cup mold.
