Crescent Bacon Breakfast Ring by Brook

Ingredients

- 5 eggs - 1 red bell pepper - 1 green bell pepper - 1/2 onion - (any other vegetables wanted) - 1/4 tsp salt - 1/4 tsp pepper - 8 slices bacon - 8 oz crescent rolls (1 can) - 1 C shredded cheese

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375 F.
2. Saute vegetables. Fry bacon (don't make it crispy).
3. Beat egg, vegetable, salt, and pepper together. Scramble eggs in a skillet.
4. Lay out crescent rolls in a circle so the wide ends are on the inside and the points spiral out like a star. Lay a piece of bacon on each crescent.
5. Put about half of the cheese around the ring. Add scrambled eggs on top (there will likely be extra). To with remaining cheese (more cheese can be used).
6. Fold the crescents over the top of the egg. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
