Ingredients

Around 80-90g of basil 1 garlic clove Cube of parmesan (roughly 1 inch edges) Dollop of olive oil

Instructions

I never measure for this recipe so feel free to modify them to tastes. Wash the basil, pull apart and discard the stems. Throw it all into a blender and pulse until chunky pesto consistency is achieved.
