Mexican Manicotti by April

Ingredients

1Lb. Ground Beef 16oz refried beans 2-1/2tsp Chili Powder 1-1/2tsp dry Oregano 8oz. Manicotti Shells 2-1/2C Water 16oz Picante Sauce 16oz Sour Cream 1C Shredded Cheese 1/4C Sliced Green Onions

Instructions

1. In a bowl, combine uncooked beef, beans, chili powder, and oregano. Spoon onto uncooked Manicotti.
2. Arrange in a greased 13x9x2 baking dish.
3. Combine picante sauce and water
and pour over shells.
4. Cover and refrigerate overnight; Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking.
5. Heat oven to 350*
6. Cover and bake for 1 Hr.
7. Uncover, spoon sour cream over the top; sprinkle with cheese and onions.
8. Bake 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
