Diane's lemon cookies by BB

Ingredients

1 lemon cake mix ( box) ( I use Duncan Hines Lemon Supreme) 1/3 cup oil ( veggie or canola) 2 eggs GLAZE 1 cup powdered sugar 3-5 tablespoons of lemon juice

Instructions

Mix the cake mix, oil, and eggs.
Drop by teaspoons onto greased cookie sheet
Flatten cookies with a small glass tumbler ( dip in butter then dip in sugar )
Bake for 9 minutes in a 375 oven ( if you don't use a convection oven monitor cookies)
Cool on cookie sheet for 1 minute

Frost cooled cookies.
