Dutch Baby Pancake by BB

Ingredients

Cast iron skillet or round pie pan 1/2 cup flour 1/2 cup milk 2 eggs 1/3 cup butter lemon juice powdered sugar

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425
Whisk flour, milk and eggs in a bowl
Melt butter in bottom of skillet
Pour batter into pan and put into oven for 20 minutes
Serve with lemon juice and powdered sugar
