No Peek Beef Casserole by BB

Ingredients

2 pounds beef stew meat 1/2 cup red wine ( I used red cooking wine ) 1 can sliced mushrooms ( optional ) or use fresh 1 can cream of mushroom soup not dilated 1 package dry onion soup

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker, cover and cook on low 8-12 hours or on high for 5-6 hours. Serve over mashed potatoes, rice or noodles.
