Russian Chicken (Oven or slow cooker) by Annbleberry

Ingredients

475 ml Russian Dressing 310 ml Apricot Jam 1 pkg onion soup mix 1 cup water

Instructions

On the stovetop mix Russian Dressing, Apricot Jam, Onion soup mix and water; just to a boil. Continually stirring. Pour over chicken in a casserole pan or cake pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 min.

Variation:

Mix Russian dressing, Apricot jam and onion soup mix in a medium bowl. Put chicken into slow cooker and pour sauce over top. Put on high for 3 hours or low for 6 hours.
