Lazy Sausage Rolls by Annbleberry


2 cups Bisquick mix 1 tsp Onion powder 1/2 cup water 1 lb. Pork sausage meat, mild or hot 1/2-1 tsp Cayenne pepper


Stir Bisquick mix and onion powder together. Add water. Mix to form a ball. Turn out on to a lightly floured board. Knead 6-8 times. Roll out in to a 15x15 inch rectangle. Mash sausage meat with fork to make pliable. Spread over dough. Roll up like a jelly roll beginning at long end. Slice 3/8 inch thick. Arrange on greased baking sheet, cut side down, about 1 inch apart. Bake at 450 degrees for about 15 minutes. Makes about 3 dozen appetizers. Freezes well.
