Ingredients

3 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
3 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Lemon Zest
Fine sea salt and freshly-ground pepper, to taste
Optional: bleu cheese, walnuts, and cranberries
Instructions
Whisk together the vinegar, olive oil, lemon zest
