Chunky Tomatillo Salsa by
Ingredients
1 pound tomatillos, diced
1 sweet yellow onion, diced
2-4 jalapeņos, seeds removed, diced
1/3 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
Salt to taste
