Pepperoni Pizza Chili by ACGC

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef 1 can (16 oz.) kidney beans, rinsed and drained 1 can (15 oz.) pizza sauce 1 can (14.5 oz.) Italian stewed sauce 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce 1 1/2 cups water 1 pkg. (3.5 oz.) sliced pepperoni, quartered 1/2 cup chopped green pepper 1 tsp. Italian seasoning 1 tsp. salt Shredded mozzarella or Italian cheese, optional

Instructions

In a large sauce pan, cook beef over medium heat. Stir in the beans, pizza sauces, tomatoes, tomato sauce, water, pepperoni, green pepper, seasoning, and salt. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered for about 30 minutes until it reaches desired thickness. Garnish with cheese if desired,

Because my kids wouldn't eat beans in chili, I chopped them in my processor so they never knew there were beans in the chili. I also chopped the stewed tomatoes into small chunks.
