Chicken & Leek Pie by soaperstar

Ingredients

2-3 chicken breasts, cooked & pulled 1 large leek (or 2 small) sliced & cooked gently in butter 1 Tbsp crushed garlic Can condensed chicken soup 3/4 cup beef stock + 1 Tbsp cornflour (for thickening) Salt pepper Pastry: 2 cup plain flour 1/4 tsp salt 200g butter 4 Tbsp water approx

Instructions

Cook chicken pull it apart. do leeks but don't overcook. Mix everything up in the leek pot. Lay pastry in casserole/pie dish, fill with mixture, lay pastry lid on top, pinch top n sides together. Bake 180 til done
