1 tablespoon sour cream 1 pa.ckage ranch salad dressing mix 8 ounces cream cheese 1/2 pound shredded Cheddar cheese 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans

Mix the sour cream with the ranch dressing mix in a bowl until smooth. Add the cream cheese and cheddar cheese to bowl and mix (use hands). Chill mixture for 5 minutes then shape into ball
Place the pecans into a shallow bowl and roll all the sides of the cheese ball to coat.
Serve immediately.
