Cheddar Cheese Popcorn by Matbakh

Ingredients

½ cup of popcorn kernels 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil 2 tablespoons of butter ½ cup of shredded Cheddar cheese A pinch of salt (optional)

Instructions

In a large pot, heat a little oil over medium heat.
Add the popcorn kernels and cover the pot, leaving it until they begin to pop.
Shake the pot gently from time to time until the popping stops completely.
In another small pot, melt the butter, then add the shredded Cheddar cheese and stir until it is completely melted.
Pour the cheese mixture over the popcorn and toss until it is fully coated.
Serve the popcorn immediately while it is warm to enjoy the best flavor.
